Elizabeth helped us to get a condo apartment for our son. We started working together around Jul/Aug 2022 and she was amazing from start to finish.
She quickly understood what we were looking for and worked around our needs with such care. It seems she had known us for years!
One thing that was impressive was that she was always taking notes on our observations, so she could make sure in the next list (if needed), she would point it out and remind us what we said before.
Basically she was always ahead of the game, when selecting units for us to see.
I cannot thank her enough for the patience, knowledge, resourcefulness, and guidance. Definitely someone I would recommend!

Elizabeth is a hard-working woman, an encouraging person, who makes clients dreams come true. During the pandemic, while all hopes were gone away, she worked with our Church, Divine Grace Gathering, to help us buy our own building. Not only she works hard, but she also does her work with so much professionalism and love. She helped us from finding the building, through the entire process, to the very closing of the purchase. And when she received her payment, she returned a certain amount to help the church community, to our amazement. I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth Sharma from a while between 2020 and 2021 right at the height of the pandemic. We were pretty much “passed on“ to her by a colleague of hers who must have felt overwhelmed by all the world’s events as everything was rapidly crumbling before our very eyes. Elizabeth didn’t bat an eye and “picked us up”. She went on visits with us. Mask on and geared up with her courage and perseverance. We truly got to appreciate her professionalism especially during closing. This was my first time personally going through the experience of participating in a purchase of a large commercial building. Today, it no longer feels like a daunting task, and I would gladly do it again, thanks to Elizabeth.
